Would you like to display your own Favicon or icon on the browser address bar when visitors view or bookmark your blog or web page?
From Wikipedia:
A favicon (short for “favorites icon”), also known as a page icon, is an icon associated with a particular website or webpage. A web designer can create such an icon, and many graphical web browsers—such as recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, Safari, iCab, AOL Explorer, Epiphany, Konqueror, and Flock—can then make use of them. Browsers that support favicons may display them in the browser’s URL bar, next to the site’s name in lists of bookmarks, and next to the page’s title in a tabbed document interface.
Now it’s easy to create icons for your web pages with FavIcon from Pics. Check out http://www.chami.com/html-kit/services/favicon/. Just upload your image and then download your favicon.
Upload the .ico to your images directory and then add the following code below your head tag on your web page or WordPress template between <>.

Right click on Gmail messages to preview email
Maybe we missed it at noheat.com but gmail.com has a new feature that was unanticipated. When you right click on a gmail email, you get a preview of the email. Just one more way to view all of that wonderful email.
Update: Turns out this is a result of a GreaseMonkey Google script package called Gmail Conversation preview that I installed.
This script allows you to right click on a email and get a quick preview of your email that allows you to archive, leave unread, or trash very quickly. It’s amazing that Google hasn’t actually made this a feature of Gmail.
Now paint online with web based MS Paint clone
Web 2.0 nowadays seems to be obsessed with creating every application available for a PC on the web. This particular application is more of a demo of canvas, a language in which to deploy applications on the web. It allows you to paint online just like on Microsoft Paint or Graphic Converter. Other than the gee-wiz factor of painting using a web application I can think of precious little reason to use this application. Maybe you can. Check it out at CanvasPaint.org.
