Justblogit, quick web page blogging from small Firefox Extension

Justblogit is a Firefox extension I have found just recently. After installing it you browse as you normally would until you come across a website that you find interesting and want to write a blog entry about it, all you have to do is right click on the page, and you will immediately be taken to the JustBlogIt “add a post” screen.

You can configure JustBlogIt to work with a number of blogging programs, including my favored WordPress and additionally Blogger, Drupal, LiveJournal, Movable Type, Radio Userland, TextPattern, TypePad, journalspace, b2evolution and BLOG:CMS. Pretty extensive for 20kb extension.

Is it better than Performancing? Probably not but options are options and with Performancing’s recent false start of being acquired my eyes are looking for alternatives.

    Thank you very much for pointing to such great tool as Justblogit.
    I love Firefox extensions and I feel Justblogit will be of great help during the participation to the international contest organized by UK Webmasters Forum “SEOCONTEST2008″.

    (It’s not just the $1000 prize that makes it attractive, but the winner will gain a very high reputation and a lot of business afterwards.)

    I’d like to mention that there are free spots available, until the number of contestants to seocontest2008 will reach 300 persons.

    I am in a hurry to install the Justblogit extension and start using it.
