Skype killer is a word that I’ve heard to describe magicJack, this device is so simple my grandmother could install one on her PC and begin using VOIP. Update: I received a MagicJack from MagicJack.com the other day and I can tell you right now that it works as advertised. I have never seen a simpler to use product. There isn’t even a CD with it, the software and drivers are installed via a USB drive built into the device. You simply plug it into your computer, plug in your phone, and start calling. I cannot figuire out if there is way to configure the number you get which makes other pause when calling you but never the less I be replacing the VOIP offered by my cable company with the MagicJack.
