Looking for an easy way to organize your to-do lists? هل تبحث عن وسيلة سهلة لتنظيم الخاصة بك إلى القيام القوائم؟ As most of my readers already know I use Gmail for everything, so I built my TODO lists there. وحيث ان معظم قراء بلدي بالفعل اعلم انني بريد جوجل لاستخدام كل شيء ، حتى انني بنيت todo قوائم بلدي هناك. I simply added a label called “TODO” and then created a filter that takes any email with subject “TODO” and labels it accordingly. واضاف لى ان مجرد علامة تسمى "todo" وبعد ذلك انشأ مرشح ان يأخذ اي البريد الالكتروني مع موضوع "todo" وعلامات وفقا لذلك. Then I forward them via SMS to my phone so they can always be with me. ثم تقديمها عبر الرسائل القصيره على هاتفي حتى يتسنى لهم دائما معي. When I complete an item I simply relabel it “TODO completed” so I can look back at things that are done. عندما كنت استكمال البند الاول اعد تعليم ببساطة انه "todo الانتهاء من" أنا يمكن أن ننظر الى الوراء في الامور التي هي القيام به. I am in my email a lot and when I see something in my TODO I have a instinct to want to clear it out which helps me get things done. وانا في بلدي البريد الالكتروني الكثير وعندما أرى شيئا في بلدي todo عندي غريزه واضحة لانها تريد الخروج مما يساعد لي انجاز الامور. This is also a great way for other people to send you a TODO. وهذا هو ايضا طريقه راءعه للآخرين ليرسل لك todo. Just let them know that they need “TODO” in your subject. فقط وليعلموا انهم بحاجة "todo" الخاص بك في هذا الموضوع.

    To add a todo item: simply send an email to yourself and label it? اضافة todo البند : مجرد ارسال بريد الكتروني الى نفسك وعلامة عليه؟ - sounds like a lot of work just to get a to-do item remembered. -- يبدو مثل الكثير من العمل لمجرد الحصول على ل- هل تذكر البند. I think I’ll stick to the old fashion way of using online and physical post-it notes. واعتقد انني سوف نتمسك القديمة بطريقة طريقة استخدام الانترنت والماديه ويلاحظ انه في مرحلة ما بعد. :p : ف
