Looking for an easy way to organize your to-do lists? Vous cherchez un moyen facile d'organiser votre to-do listes? As most of my readers already know I use Gmail for everything, so I built my TODO lists there. Comme la plupart de mes lecteurs sais déjà que je utiliser Gmail pour tout, si j'ai construit ma liste TODO. I simply added a label called “TODO” and then created a filter that takes any email with subject “TODO” and labels it accordingly. J'ai simplement ajouté une étiquette appelée «TODO», puis créé un filtre qui prend un courriel avec comme sujet "TODO" et marque en conséquence. Then I forward them via SMS to my phone so they can always be with me. Ensuite, je les transmet par SMS sur mon téléphone afin qu'ils puissent toujours être avec moi. When I complete an item I simply relabel it “TODO completed” so I can look back at things that are done. Lorsque je complète un article que j'ai simplement relabel "TODO achevé" pour que je puisse regarder en arrière que les choses sont faites. I am in my email a lot and when I see something in my TODO I have a instinct to want to clear it out which helps me get things done. Je suis dans mon e-mail un lot et quand je vois quelque chose dans ma TODO J'ai un instinct de vouloir effacer ce qui contribue à me faire faire. This is also a great way for other people to send you a TODO. C'est aussi un excellent moyen pour d'autres personnes pour vous envoyer un TODO. Just let them know that they need “TODO” in your subject. Il suffit de leur faire savoir qu'ils ont besoin de "TODO" dans votre sujet.

    To add a todo item: simply send an email to yourself and label it? Pour ajouter un point tout: il suffit d'envoyer un e-mail à vous-même et étiquette? - sounds like a lot of work just to get a to-do item remembered. -- Ressemble à beaucoup de travail juste pour obtenir une à ne point oublier. I think I’ll stick to the old fashion way of using online and physical post-it notes. Je pense que je vais tenir à l'ancienne manière d'utiliser en ligne et physiques post-it. :p : p
