Looking for an easy way to organize your to-do lists? Cercando un modo semplice per organizzare le vostre a-do list? As most of my readers already know I use Gmail for everything, so I built my TODO lists there. Poiché la maggior parte dei miei lettori sanno già utilizzare Gmail per tutto, così ho costruito il mio TODO elenchi. I simply added a label called “TODO” and then created a filter that takes any email with subject “TODO” and labels it accordingly. Io ho semplicemente aggiunto un'etichetta chiamata "TODO", quindi creato un filtro che prende qualsiasi messaggio con oggetto "TODO" e le etichette di conseguenza. Then I forward them via SMS to my phone so they can always be with me. Allora io li trasmette tramite SMS al mio cellulare in modo che possano essere sempre con me. When I complete an item I simply relabel it “TODO completed” so I can look back at things that are done. I am in my email a lot and when I see something in my TODO I have a instinct to want to clear it out which helps me get things done. This is also a great way for other people to send you a TODO. Questo è anche un ottimo modo per altre persone di inviare una TODO. Just let them know that they need “TODO” in your subject. Solo far sapere loro che hanno bisogno di "TODO" nel vostro soggetto.

    To add a todo item: simply send an email to yourself and label it? Per aggiungere una voce di tutto: è sufficiente inviare una e-mail a te ed etichetta? - sounds like a lot of work just to get a to-do item remembered. -- Suona come un sacco di lavoro solo per avere una to-do voce ricordato. I think I’ll stick to the old fashion way of using online and physical post-it notes. Credo I'll bastone di moda il vecchio modo di utilizzare on-line e fisica post-it note. :p : p
