Looking for an easy way to organize your to-do lists? Estou procurando uma maneira fácil de organizar o seu à-as listas? As most of my readers already know I use Gmail for everything, so I built my TODO lists there. Como a maioria dos meus leitores já sabem eu uso o Gmail para tudo e, por isso, construiu o meu TODO listas lá. I simply added a label called “TODO” and then created a filter that takes any email with subject “TODO” and labels it accordingly. Eu simplesmente adicionou uma etiqueta chamada "TODO" e, depois, criaram um filtro que tenha qualquer e-mail com o assunto "TODO" e rótulos em conformidade. Then I forward them via SMS to my phone so they can always be with me. Então eu transmiti-los via SMS para o meu telefone para que eles possam ser sempre a mim. When I complete an item I simply relabel it “TODO completed” so I can look back at things that are done. I am in my email a lot and when I see something in my TODO I have a instinct to want to clear it out which helps me get things done. This is also a great way for other people to send you a TODO. Esta é também uma ótima maneira para outras pessoas para lhe enviar um TODO. Just let them know that they need “TODO” in your subject.     To add a todo item: simply send an email to yourself and label it? Para acrescentar um item todo: basta enviar um e-mail para você mesmo e rotulá-la? - sounds like a lot of work just to get a to-do item remembered. -- Soa como um monte de trabalho apenas para chegar a um ponto de fazer esquecer. I think I’ll stick to the old fashion way of using online and physical post-it notes. Eu acho que vou ater à moda antiga forma de utilização on-line e física pós-observa ele. :p : p
