Stop annoying cell phone conversations with a cell jammer
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

We had to spread some link love out to Ask the Admin who found a cool site that shows you how to build a cell phone jammer. This is incredibly useful for those times that little Katie babbles so much to her friend Tara that you fear doing bodily injury to both of them if they don’t get @$%* off their @$%*ing cell phone.
Ok, well it is illegal, and we cannot condone stopping her idiotic conversation about nothing. If however you did want to know HOW to cut down on the idiocy follow the link.
Check it out

Got something to say?

Kind of similar to the people who have radar guns in their car to disrupt Jonny lane change a hundred times radar detector. Good fun to see him slam on the brakes in anticipation of a local peace officer while I speed by
I think this is actually kind of a cool device, however, I would be really upset if someone used it on me. You never know what kind of important converstations one might be having, even if it does seem to be quite annoying. And, if they are illegal, what are the repurcussions?
Well, I personally owning a cell phone jammer, and a gps jammer think this:
That they do serve there place in a persons electonics arsenal. They serve there place in society. There are only some places I opt to use my cell phone jammer. Have I toyed with people to see if it was effective in the begining, “Yes.” Just to make sure it worked. Now days here is the only places I opt to use my cell jammer.
1. A movie theater where somebody with nextel walkie talkie just doesn’t know when is when.
2. When on a hot date with a girl, and I don’t want anybody to interupt, I.E. call her.
3. Likewise when on a hot date with a girl, and you don’t want her calling out.
4. Also if on a hot date, and that guy behind you with nextel walkie talkie just doesn’t know when enough is enough yet again. (My biggest pet peeve is roger beep walkie talkie if i hear it the jammer goes on.)
5. If on the highway and the person is all over the road because they are that 2/3′ds of the population, that really shouldn’t drive and operate a cell phone, or want to text and drive. (In the end this makes a safer ride for you and me.)
6. When your in church I personally feel it quite rude to be talking on the cell/doing annoying walkie talky. Not only does this disrupt the services, it’s annoying, and absolutely inconsiderate of others trying to get closer to god.
In conclusion, with all the benifits such a device can bring. Weather it’s legal or illegal, I will still carry mine. The only problem I see is a person that is not mature enough to know the difference is using it improperly. In that case thats where I think there should just be some general etiquette, such as golf or anything else in life. At most I am a firm beleiver it serves a purpose for these very situations, and don’t understand why it’s illegal to begin with. If it’s that big of a issue to the public, then make it a licensing issue like a drivers license where the person has to pass a written exam on knowledge of RF, and what they are doing, when and where it is to be used; and where it is not to be used. That would keep the immature idiot from harming your day, and regulate it just like Ham/amature radio. They don’t seem to have problems. I would know as I am one.
They would be great in the classroom - kids with cell phones are too preoccupied with them to learn ANYTHING. I can’t afford one, so I used blocking. I get good results using magnetic paint on my walls, tinting the widows with scotchtint (aluminized mylar), and ground them with a dedicated copper pipe-in-the-ground grounding line. No phones work in my room. Science triumphs! The best part is - blocking signal is not illegal, BTW…
