Well we’ve been looking for a way to get more comments out of our readers (lurkers) and maybe get them to take more of a active part in this great site. We get tons of traffic but it seems getting people off the fence to comment is something a little harder than just getting people to visit. So without any further ado we are starting a contest. Basically we are going to pay out $20 (via paypal) to the best comment our readers make. The contest ends at 5:30PM Friday EST. Comments will be judged by yours truly.
The comment can be on any article on Noheat as long as its made between the time that this post has been made and 5:30PM EST. Please be sure that you put in the correct email address because if you don’t I’ll have to send your $20 to someone else. One more note, Noheat.com has a page rank of 5 and top commenters will get their website’s link in the Top commentators section meaning you’ll get one hell of a linkback. Also if you want your link on Noheat all you need to do it go to 15blogs.com and enter it there, it will show up in the sidebar automatically. Keep in mind if you put up your link it will only be there until it is moved off by another 15 links.
So have some fun and comment away, I will be running this contest at random times so check back in chances are it could be worth $20 to you.

So what would be the best comment? Something funny - something worthy - something that helps out the community. Oh yeah how do we know someone actually gets paid out.
I’ve been thinking about this one. Maybe a picture of the winner with a $20 bill? I guess that wouldn’t work because 1) They are getting the money via Paypal 2) I’m sure there are people who would never want their picture taken for $20. So I guess I am open to suggestions.
On what kind of comment, skys the limit, just don’t make it spammy. More comments of low content will not help your chances, however several great comments probably will. Just keep in mind I have to trudge through them so keep them interesting.
Ok I can think I have a few ideas, how about doing an article on the site that wins?
BTW since you are the top commentator right now, you can’t win can you? lol

Please sir it is nearing Christmas and wee little Tiny Tim could sure use the $20 please consider me for the best comment ever.
I like the concept so much I am going to review this blog later tonight. I will be achieving many things by doing that, First I will be informing the blog community of a great contest, second I will be adding to my own blog content with the review, third I will be hopefully send some traffic to your site, and lastly, I hope this comment will win me the money.

Wiseassoffice- I was just finding out if my site has finally been indexed by google by searching ’stellararticles’ - funnily enough, I found this thread which says I won this weeks contest! I can’t remember which e-mail address I put as my address, whether it be my personal hotmail account, my ‘website stuff’ gmail account or my work email address. And I can’t seem to find a way to contact you directly…so, any ideas?
