If you’ve ever had to buy a great domain you know what a daunting task it can be to find a good domain name that hasn’t been taken. With most domain services you take a stab in the dark and wait to see if your domain is available or not usually only to see that its been taken. Bustaname is gets you your answer back quickly on .com, .net, and .org names, almost instantly. Can’t think of a good name use their domain generator to get a list of available domain names. You would be surprised to see whats still available.

Got something to say?

Thanks for the heads up. I will try to check out their service.
Cheers.
I’m always worried about using software like this only because I’m afraid it will go off and take that great domain name I just typed in. That’s why I only stick with godaddy. No I’m not saying godady is the best but they were my first and you know what they say about your first
I guess it’s safe to say I don’t like trying new things!
Well I guess you have your cake and eat it too, with Bustaname you can buy your domain directly through GoDaddy or whoever you want to register your domain through. The guy is pretty honest too, I chatted with him on some of his programming seems like a pretty stand up guy.
This little piece of software is pretty nifty, finds suitable domains for keywords and the domains really are unregistered, unlike most other similar pieces of software. However, it lacks logical expressions and doesn’t allow two words to be entered as one word. eg.the words my, pet, shop - cannot be added to make a domain such as mypetshopusa.com or suchlike. Other than this slight flaw,i think it’s very good and would recommend it.
“Bustanameā should definitely save some brainstorming and frustration. I have always used GoDaddy with good results but this would make a nice alternative.
Ahh….blame it on me being too paranoid, but whenever I come across 3rd-party domain-checker sites like these, I instantly become suspicious. Not because I don’t think they provide a great service, because I agree that they have a very useful service, but more of the worry that, in the backend, there’s a malicious person somewhere taking a look at the script logs and looking over all the domains being searched for…….and then promptly goes register them!
I guess that’s too far-fetched
But in any case, I always practice registering the domain with my favourite registrar ASAP after finding out that it’s available…you know, JUST in case
By the way, thanks for stopping by my blog Glenn — however I can’t seem to find that Google Syndicate code that you’ve mentioned nor can I reproduce the effect when I try hovering my mouse over that location. Has it got to do with a plugin that I’ve installed? Appreciate your help!
I don’t really trust 3rd party domain trackers, because they (or some other person) may track the results and register some of those domain names for their profit/parking.
Well I can tell you that I bought 4 domains off of this site through GoDaddy and no-one stole my domains. It looks like this service is making money as an affiliate so they really have no incentive to steal your domain. Also the process is pretty instantaneous so I doubt there would be enough time to “steal” your domain. Sorry to “bust” your conspiracy theorys.
I’ve used the site before too. I checked for a domain and bought it almost a week later without any hiccups.
thanks for the advice
better safe than sorry
This site totally rocks, however I found so many good domains I ended up registering more than I anticipated. The awesome part is that you know almost immediately when you have a domain you can get instead of waiting for Godaddy or Netsol to check, really speeds up the process.
I’ve been using this cool service for quite a while now. And guess what? It’s made me a few $$$ here and there buying and selling domains.
