Suddenly your machine bogs down right at that critical moment, you reach for your Louisville slugger to give your PC a piece of your mind but you pause.  A further examination of your machine finds a new application running in the background tying up your precious resources.  The dreaded Dumprep.exe, what is Dumprep.exe?  Well if you use Windows XP its a Microsoft tool called “Windows Error Dump Reporting”.  Basically if some file crashes on your system Windows “phones home” via Dumprep.exe and sends a error report back to the mothership where it will deleted and never looked at.  The funny thing is that the dumprep.exe isn’t the most reliable program ever and can make a already bad situation worse.  So let’s get rid of the narky ET. فجاه جهازك اسفل المستنقعات الحق في ان اللحظة الحرجه ، وصولك الى حسابك لويزفيل لاعب ذو ضربات شديدة لاعطاء كمبيوترك قطعة من عقلك ولكنك وقفه. اخر فحص جهازك يجد طلبا جديدا بالظهور في الخلفية يعطل الخاص بك الموارد الثمينه. Dumprep.exe اللعين ، ما هو dumprep.exe؟ جيدا اذا كنت تستخدم ويندوز اكس. بى دورته مايكروسوفت اداة تسمى "ويندوز خطأ اغراق الابلاغ". اساسا اذا تحطم بعض الملفات على جهازك ويندوز "هاتف المنزل" عبر dumprep.exe ويرسل تقرير عن الخطأ العودة الى mothership اين سيتم حذفها ابدا ونظرت الي. مضحكا فان الشيء هو ان dumprep.exe ليست اكثر من اي وقت مضى ويعول البرنامج يمكن ان تقدم فعلا سيئا ، والاسوأ من ذلك دعنا نتخلص من narky Et.

Disable Dumprep.exe on Windows XP: تعطيل dumprep.exe على الويندوز اكس بي :

1. Right click on “My Computer” choose “Properties” from that menu. حق انقر على "بلادي الحاسوب" اختر "خصائص" من تلك القائمة.
2. Click on “Advanced tab”. اضغط على "علامة التبويب خيارات متقدمة".
3. Click the “Error Reporting” button. انقر على "التقرير عن الاخطاء" الزر.
4. Check the “Disable error reporting” box. قم باختيار "تعطيل خطأ في الابلاغ المربع".

You may choose to uncheck the the box below it, “But notify me when an error occurs” if you want. يمكنك ان تختار أزل المربع ادناه ، "ولكن اعلمني عندما يحدث خطأ" اذا اردت.

But wait!  There’s more!  If you are using Vista you get the same phone home with a different application.  So if you are using Vista, here’s your instructions to turn it off. ولكن مهلا! يوجد المزيد! اذا كنت تستخدم فيستا حصولك على هاتف المنزل نفسه مع اختلاف التطبيق. حتى اذا كنت تستخدم فيستا ، واليك تعليماتكم الى ايقافها.

Disable Error Reporting on Windows Vista: تعطيل خطأ في الابلاغ عن ويندوز فيستا :

  1. Right click on “Control Panel”. حق انقر على "لوحة التحكم".
  2. Click on “System Maintenance”.  If you view your Control Panel by “Classic view” skip to the next step. انقر على "منظومة الصيانة". إذا كنت اعرض لوحة التحكم الخاصة بك عن طريق "الكلاسيكيه رأى" فانتقل الى الخطوة التالية.
  3. Click on “Problem Reports and Solutions”. انقر على "مشكلة التقارير والحلول".
  4. Click on “Change Settings” in the left sidebar. انقر على "تغيير اعدادات" في الشريط الجانبي الايسر.
  5. Now look for the “Advanced Settings” button and click it. الآن أبحث عن "اعدادات متقدمة" وانقر على زر.
  6. You can now turn off “problem” reporting. يمكنك الآن ان انتقل من "مشكلة" الابلاغ.

    rahhh and I don’t have a dual-core yet… sems like everyone get one, it would be great to surf the web and do other things on my second monitor… Rahhh ولم يكن عندي المزدوجه الاساسية بعد… sems شأنهم شأن الحصول على واحد ، وسيكون كبير لتصفح الانترنت ونفعل أشياء اخرى على ملاحظتي الثانية رصد…

    Wow I wish I would have seen this a while ago. نجاح اتمنى ان ينظر الى هذا قبل قليل. Everyday I am forced into reboot by this stupid Dumprep program due to a issue with logitech drivers that crash all the time. كل يوم أنا يجبرن على اعادة التشغيل عن طريق هذا البرنامج غبي dumprep يرجع الى مسألة Logitech مع السائقين ان تحطم كل الاوقات. So far so good with these changes. حتى الآن جيد جدا مع هذه التغييرات.

    bugs reported in volume by the “send this to Micorosft” actually do get addressed. البق في حجم المبلغ عنها من قبل "لارسال هذا micorosft" فعلا الحصول على معالجتها. If the issue is a 3rd party issue then someone like me has to get ahold of the 3rd party and try to tell them they have a crashing bug that should be fixed. اذا كانت القضية هو طرف ثالث في هذه المساله ثم شخص مثلي وقد الحصول ahold من الطرف الثالث ، ويحاول ان يقول لهم لديهم التحطيم عله ينبغي ان تكون ثابتة.

    If it looking at the crash dump shows it is a Microsoft bug, then the team with the problem gets assigned the bug. اذا نظرنا الى سقوطها اغراق يظهرها هو مايكروسوفت عله ، ثم مع الفريق مشكلة تحصل المسنده البق. When there is a reasonable number of repros of the crash to understand and fix the issue, then it is fixed for the next release. عندما يكون هناك عدد معقول من repros من وقوع الحادث الى فهم وتحديد هذه المساله ، ومن ثم فهي ثابتة لاطلاق سراح المقبل. If there are a helluva lot of crashes, it’sa hotfix, if there are a decent number, it goes in to a service pack and if there are just enough to make it worth wild, then the bugs are fixed in the next os. اذا هناك الكثير من حوادث helluva ، it'sa الاصلاح العاجل ، واذا كان هناك عدد محترم ، وغنى في لحزمة الخدمات ، واذا كان هناك ما يكفي لجعله يستحق البرية ، ثم البق ثابتة في نظام التشغيل المقبل.

    If you disable the crash reporting then you are slowing the speed bugs get addressed and giving yourself more to complain about how Microsoft does not fix bugs. اذا قمت بتعطيل تحطم الابلاغ ثم انت ابطاء سرعة الحصول على البق موجهة واعطاء نفسك اكثر يشكو كيف مايكروسوفت لا فيكس البق.     Dude you are so fired. انت رجل حتى اطلقت. If you are the one responsible for fixing bugs in Windows and third party applications you’ve been sitting on your ass for a very long time. اذا أنت أحد المسؤولين عن تثبيت البق في النوافذ وطرف ثالث الطلبات التي كنت جالسا على مؤخرتك لفترة طويلة جدا. Do a search for Dumprep on Google and you will see whole legions of Windows users who agree with me. هل البحث عن dumprep على صور وسترون كله جحافل من مستخدمي ويندوز الذين يتفقون معى. Maybe you could get a job with the Bush administration since you are so competitent. ربما انت يمكن الحصول على عمل مع ادارة بوش منذ انت حتى competitent.
