The other day we reviewed L'altro giorno abbiamo esaminato Stick for Windows Stick per Windows , but we’ve been finding some extra functionality in Stick every day and I thought I would follow up with a couple other things you can do with Stick. , Ma ci è stato trovare un po 'di funzionalità in Stick ogni giorno e ho pensato che sarebbe follow-up con un paio di altre cose che si possono fare con Stick. Since I’ve installed Stick I have created a Gmail “Stick” or tab at the top of my screen so I can always get my gmail in a hurry. While I pretty much always have my Gmail open in Firefox there are times when my Firefox window gets buried and having a tab at the top of my screen to get my email makes sense since sticks overlay other programs. Also I have realized that just about any widget can really be used with Stick. Ho anche capito che solo per qualche widget può davvero essere utilizzato con Stick. By putting in the html code in a text file, saving as html, and then linking up to the page with the Explorer tab I was able to put in just about any widget I could find. Mettendo in codice html in un file di testo, il salvataggio in html, e poi collegare fino alla pagina con la scheda Explorer sono stato in grado di mettere appena in circa tutto il widget che si possa trovare. So basically I now have any widget I want in a stick (or tab) beat that Google Sidebar. Così ora mi hanno alcun widget voglio in un bastone (o scheda) che batte Google Sidebar.

    Nice but… I wish the Tab title changes based on the URL title. Nizza, ma… Vorrei che il titolo cambia scheda basata sulla URL titolo.

    When you say you’ve got widgets running in a tab, what kind of widgets are you talking about? Quando si dice che hai ottenuto widget in esecuzione in una scheda, che tipo di widget stai parlando? iGoogle widgets? IGoogle widget? Dashboard? Vista Sidebar? Vista Sidebar?

    Vitaly, you can change the tabs title very easily. Vitaly, è possibile modificare le schede titolo molto facilmente. Just click on the properties. Basta un semplice click sulla proprietà.

    Hmm? But that’s not what I meant. Ma non è quello che volevo dire.
    I want them to change automatically based on the site title. Voglio che cambia automaticamente in base al titolo del sito.
    If Gmail title is (1 new mail) then so should be the tab. Se Gmail è il titolo (1 nuovo messaggio), quindi dovrebbe essere la scheda.

    I was checking out the “Stick for Windows” program, along with the Gmail option. Sono stato fuori controllo "Stick per Windows", il programma, insieme con l'opzione di Gmail. It is very cool, BUT… VERY ANNOYING!! È molto cool, MA MOLTO… ANNOYING! What I mean is that if I set my Gmail tab to refresh every 1 minute, the Stick application is getting active every 1 minute. Quello che voglio dire è che se devo impostare la mia scheda di Gmail per aggiornare ogni 1 minuto, la domanda si sta Stick attiva ogni 1 minuto. That means that every other window I was working at before that is being deactivated. Ciò significa che ogni altra finestra mi stava lavorando alla prima, che viene disattivato. If I am in the middle of writing something, I have to click my window again to activate it. Se io sono in mezzo a scrivere qualcosa, devo scegliere di nuovo la mia finestra per attivarla.     Umm…maybe I’m missing something, but where do you drag and drop the .htm file after you pasted the widget code into it? Umm… forse mi manca qualcosa, ma dove il drag and drop. Htm file dopo aver incollato il codice in widget? I’m confused…. Sono confuso….

    @Shayaknyc: You don’t drag the .htm file, create an explorer tab and set the URL to the location of your .htm file @ Shayaknyc: non trascinare l'. Htm file, creare un esploratore scheda e impostare l'URL per la posizione del tuo. Htm
