Google may soon be able to read text on the images and videos on your website. O Google poderá em breve ser capaz de ler o texto sobre as imagens e vídeos em seu site. They patented an application which has the capability of doing that. Eles patenteado um pedido que tem a capacidade de fazer isso. This could turn out great for the search engine giant (in terms of new ways to index pages). If a program is so advanced that it could read text off of ordinary images, then that means it could certain tackle any captcha. I know there are already some programs which can do this, but those can only decipher very simple captchas like the ones phpbb 2 used (I am not sure if phpbb 3 uses the same ones). Sei que já existem alguns programas que podem fazer isto, mas essas só podem decifrar muito simples captchas como os utilizados phpbb 2 (não sei se phpbb 3 usa os mesmos). On the other hand these bots can read text off of any old image, so captchas are certainly not a problem. Por outro lado esses bots podem ler o texto fora de qualquer imagem antiga, de modo captchas certamente não são um problema. That’s scary! Isso é assustador! But on the bright side, this will lead to development of new security features and maybe that means we won’t have to type in those stupid little letters and get tricked by them ever again!     I agree with Martin. Concordo com Martin. Next: you’ll have to “name that tune” by listening to a song and typing in the title to verify your presence online… maybe??? Seguinte: você terá que "nome que afinar", ouvindo uma canção e digitação no título, a fim de verificar a sua presença online… talvez?

    The problem lies with spammers, and the need to overcome captcha’s. O problema está com spammers, bem como a necessidade de superar captcha's. I personally feel Google announcing this only goes to show they enjoy listing spam sites in their index. Pessoalmente, sinto Google anunciar isto só vai para mostrar que eles gozam spam lista sites em seu índice.

    But you can do it in other ways, for example the captcha here is not hard to read. Mas você pode fazê-lo de outras maneiras, como por exemplo o captcha aqui não é difícil de ler. Google is very hard sometimes… letters are so twisted! O Google é muito difícil, por vezes… letras são tão torcido!

    tahnk god. Tahnk Deus. i always type the wrong numbers/letters…changing that will be a gift. I sempre o tipo errado números / letras… mudança que será um dom. i hope it will also be able to count…for the other anti spam things. Eu espero que também poder contar… para os outros anti-spam coisas.
