The popularity of social networking sites, such as Myspace, YouTube, Facebook, etc., is continuing to grow. شعبية مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية ، مثل ماي سبيس ، يو تيوب ، facebook ، الخ ، هي مستمرة في النمو. Blogging allows us to express ourselves in new ways. المدونات يسمح لنا للتعبير عن انفسنا في طرق جديدة. Oftentimes it may be easier to write what we are feeling for total strangers to read than to verbally express ourselves to someone that is close to us. وفي احيان كثيرة قد يكون من الأيسر أن يكتبوا ما نشعر شعورا ليصبح مجموع الغرباء من اجل التعبير عن أنفسنا بالكلام لشخص ما ان يقترب منا. The end product, people are posting content and pictures that may be embarrassing, inappropriate, upsetting to others, etc. Until recently, the general public was generally unaware of the real consequences of what they write or portray – even if it’s done simply in the spirit of fun or as a joke. المنتج النهائي ، الناس ونشر محتويات الصور التي قد تكون محرجه ، وغير مناسبة ، مزعجه للآخرين ، الخ ، حتى وقت قريب ، كان عامة الناس عموما غير مدركة للعواقب حقيقية ما كانوا يكتبونه تصوير -- حتى لو كان ذلك مجرد في روح من المرح أو بوصفها نكتة.

The December 10 th CNN article, “Young women drink, party, post” ( 10 كانون الاول / ديسمبر ال سي المادة ، "الشابات الشراب ، الطرف ، وظيفة") http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH Http://www.cnn.com/2007/health /12/10/face.book/index.html / 12/10/face.book/index.html ), has brought the subject to the surface. (، أوصلت الموضوع الى السطح. This hot topic is now being discussed on talk shows like Dr. Phil. هذا هو الموضوع الساخن التي تجري مناقشتها الآن على الحديث يظهر مثل الدكتور فل. However, how many of you pay attention to hype? ولكن ، كم منكم الالتفات الى الضجيج؟

So, here is the straight and narrow. ذلك ، ها هي المستقيمه والضيقة. Blogging has real consequences. وقد المدونات عواقب حقيقية. There are legal liabilities. وهناك والمسؤوليات القانونية. Yes, you can be sued for such acts as releasing confidential or proprietary information (deliberate or not) or defamation of character. نعم ، انت يمكن مقاضاتها لاعمال مثل الافراج عن معلومات سرية أو مسجلة الملكيه (متعمد ام لا) او التشهير بسمعة. You may be admitting to illegal activities on your blog, such as drinking underage, illegal drug use, fraudulent activity, shop-lifting, etc. ويمكنكم ان الاعتراف لانشطه غير مشروعة الخاص بك علي بلوق ، مثل شرب القاصر ، واستعمال المخدرات غير المشروعة ، والنشاط الاحتيالي ، متجر - رفع ، الخ.

Another thing you may not realize is that corporate employers are checking! شيء آخر لا يمكنك ان تدرك الشركات وارباب العمل هي فحص! They are requesting your blogger profile, just as they do background or reference checks. وهم الطالبة الخاص بك Blogger صورة ، تماما مثلما يفعل الخلفية او التحقق من المصادر المرجعيه. And guess what, they will not hire you if you reveal undesirable activities online – this can be anywhere from inappropriate behavior to not portraying the corporate image they wish to project to simply appearing irresponsible or immature. وتخمين ما ، كما انها لن الاستئجار كنت قد تكشف عن الانشطه غير المرغوب فيها على الانترنت -- وهذا يمكن ان يكون في اي مكان من السلوك غير الملائم ليست تصوير الصورة المءسسيه يرغبون في المشروع لمجرد الظهور غير مسؤول او غير ناضجه. And even after you are employed… Yes, they can fire you for your blog content! وحتى بعد ان استخدمت أنت… نعم ، يمكنهم النار لكم بلوق المحتوى! The substitute teacher that was fired not once but twice for his band/video content is only one such case. البديل المعلم ان اطلاق النار ليس مرة واحدة بل مرتين لصاحب الفرقة / محتوى الفيديو ليست سوى واحدة من تلك الحالات. There have been cases in all walks of life that have resulted in termination of employment or serious fines; and in some countries, individuals have been imprisoned for openly sharing their online views! وكانت هناك حالات في كل مناحي الحياة التي ادت الى انهاء الاستخدام او الغرامات خطيرة ؛ وفي بعض البلدان ، والأفراد قد سجنوا لعلنا تبادل وجهات النظر على الانترنت!

The bottom line, think twice before you post . أسفل الخط ، ويفكرون مرتين قبل أن تقوم بالوظائف. Think about your professional image, not just your personal one. التفكير الاحترافي صورة ، وليس فقط على التزامكم الشخصي واحد. You may think your personal life is not your employers business, but then you would be wrong – according to numerous corporate actions, court cases, convictions, etc. كنت قد تفكر في حياتك ولا ارباب الاعمال الخاصة بك ، ولكن عليك ثم سيكون من الخطأ -- طبقا للعديد من الشركات من اعمال ، والقضايا المرفوعه امام المحاكم ، والادانات ، الخ.

    Ever since MySpace became popular I have be telling this same thing to my friends. منذ ذلك الحين اصبحت شعبية ميسباكي عندي ان هذا قول الشيء نفسه لأصدقائي. I am often amazed by what people post up on the web. انا مندهشه كثيرا ما قبل الشعب وظيفة ما يصل على الويب. I don’t understand why people think the web is a safe and private place. إنني لا أفهم لماذا يظن الناس الويب بلد آمن ومكان خاص. It is not even close that, it is more public then a public park! انها ليست حتى قريبة من ذلك ، ومن ثم أكثر العامة الحديقة العامة! And what makes it worse is the government can request back-up tapes from companies and find would what you posted a year ago even if you deleted it. واسوأ ما يجعل أمر يمكن للحكومة ان تطلب احتياطية الاشرطه من الشركات وسوف تجد ما كنت نشرت قبل سنة حتى لو كنت بحذفه. I only hope that people will begin to understand the impact and parents will teach their children the scope of their actions online. الا انني آمل ان يبدأ الناس الى فهم اثر والآباء تعليم اطفالهم سوف نطاق اعمالهم على الانترنت.

    It’s amazing how naive and short sited people can be. انه من المدهش كيف ساذج وقصير في موقع يمكن ان يكون الناس. I always assume the walls at work can hear and treat the online world the same. انا دائما تحمل الجدران في العمل تستطيع ان تسمع ويعامل نفسه على الشبكه العالمية. Maybe we need a high school course on internet etiquette. ربما نحن بحاجة الى المدرسة الثانويه بطبيعة الحال على شبكة الانترنت الآداب.

    I think that people should watch what they say, however, there is a moderate amount of legal cushioning. واعتقد ان الشعب ينبغي لها ان تراقب ما يقولون ، ومع ذلك ، ثمة مبلغ معتدل القانونية توسيد. Also, I am the type to refuse to give my Myspace/Blog/Facebook/Etc. ايضا ، وانا على نوع ترفض اعطاء بلادي ميسباكي / بلوق / facebook / الخ. Account name to anyone who I may work for. اسم الحساب لمن جاز لي للعمل. Why? لماذا؟ Because my social life is not my work life, and if they can’t understand that from the start, they sure aren’t gonna get it after I hire in. لان بلادي الحياة الاجتماعية ليست لغتي العمل في الحياة ، وإذا لم يتمكنوا من أن نفهم ، منذ البداية ، على يقين من انهم ليسوا gonna نحصل عليها بعد استئجار لي بالدخول.

    Yeah, watch what you say, but don’t freak out over your net face. نعم ، ومشاهدة ما تقوله ، ولكن لا نزوه من أصل ما يزيد على حسابك صافي الوجه. A company can’t reach you online if you set it up right. شركة لا يمكن ان تصل الى انك اذا وضعت على الانترنت أنه حتى الحق.
