Temporary URLs are not a new thing. عنوان الموقع المؤقتة لا شيء جديد. TinyURL Tinyurl is a well know URL shortener, but whats missing from most URL Shortener sites is the ability to customize your URL to make it more meaningful.  MeaningfulURL does just that, it allows you to create a temporary URL that is easier to remember.  Your URL works for 3 days and can be used in any number of combinations.  Say for instance you want to send Dave a download link to a new product you have created, you could use “thanks.to/dave” as the URL.  Here are some more of the possibilities…. هو يعلم جيدا موقع المقلل ، ولكن ما يغيب عن معظم المواقع موقع المقلل هو القدرة على تخصيص عنوان موقعك لجعلها اكثر فائدة.     That’s what’s going to kill this. هذا ما يحدث لقتل هذا. I’ve used tinyurl and it’s great for putting out quick urls and getting stats on the clicks etc. But a URL that’s only valid for 3 days, what’s the point? لقد استعملت tinyurl وانها كبيرة لاخماد سريعه عنوان الموقع والحصول على احصائيات عن النقرات الخ ولكن ان موقع 'sصالحة فقط لمدة 3 أيام ، ما النقطه؟

    But it’s worse that than, suppose you send your Grandmother an email (cos she likes to think she’s hip and cool and can surf the web) and say you’re sorry you missed her 80th birthday party at the staring window. بل انها اسوأ من ذلك ، لنفترض انك ترسل رسالة بريد الكتروني جدة (جتا وقالت إنها تحب اعتقد انها الورك والبروده ويمكن تصفح الانترنت) وأقول لك آسفون لك فأتت لها الثمانين لميلاد الحزب في التحديق نافذة. So you put up a nice picture of you and the grand kids and send her the link: اذن انتم طرح صورة جميلة لك وغراند اطفال وارسل لها صلة :

    Then 3 days later the link expires and some one else uses it and sticks up a link to something rude to send to their mates, thinking the url adds to the joke. ثم 3 ايام تنتهي الوصله وبعض الاستخدامات سواه ، وانه عصي حتى وصله الى شيء rude ارسال الى الاصحاب ، والتفكير عنوان الموقع يضيف الى نكتة. Now grandma, who only accesses her email every weekend at the library, will get a heart attack causing shock when she sees…. الآن الجدة ، الا قبضة من بلدها البريد الالكتروني في نهاية كل اسبوع في مكتبه ، وسوف تحصل ازمة قلبية تسبب صدمة عندما قالت انها ترى…. well.. جيد.. I’ll leave that bit to your imagination. انا إجازة ان بت لخيالك.

    My verdict: great idea, poor execution. قرار بلدي : فكرة عظيمة ، وسوء التنفيذ.

    So if you have known the case that your grandmother checks her email once a week, then don’t sent the URL to here too early, or just don’t use this service. لذا اذا كانت لديك حالة معروفة بأن ما تتمتعون به جده الشيكات بالبريد لها مرة في الاسبوع ، ثم لا يرسل عنوان الموقع الى هنا في وقت مبكر جدا ، أو مجرد عدم استخدام هذه الخدمة.

    The URL expires in few days is a good idea, or there are many people want to use happy-birthday.to/mywife or thanks.to/John, if someone had taken it forever, it would be useless to others. عنوان الموقع تنتهي في ايام قليلة هو فكرة جيدة ، او ان هناك العديد من الناس يريدون استخدام happy-birthday.to/mywife او thanks.to / جون ، انه اذا ما اتخذت به الى الأبد ، سيكون عديم الفاءده لغيرهم.

    I love the idea of having the URL for three days so that we are assured that we are current. احب فكرة وجود عنوان الموقع لمدة ثلاثة أيام حتى ونحن متاكدون من اننا الحالية.
