I know I know, passwords are a pain but you do need them. Using a weak password or worse yet using the same password for everything can be a hackers dream come true and nightmare for your once thought super safe account. While many sites alert you to weak passwords very few of them actually help you create a strong password. Thats where “The Password Meter” comes in handy. Type in the password you are looking to use and The Password Meter will grade your password and tell you whats missing in order to have the best password you can.

Passwords are tricky, with tools like this you really need to use password corral.
I think all you have to do to create a strong password is to make it longer.
Hey, thanks for the link! I was just working on an article about registering usernames and passwords on various websites. One of my peeves about online registration is that that all websites are consistent with the number of letters and characters allowed for both usernames and passwords…
Nice tool. I always make my passwords too damn easy to remember.
Nice tip. Thanks for telling.

I just hate passwords. Everyone requires something different. I know this is a weakness for me.
Yup I always struggle to keep up with new and hard guessing passwords
Thanks for the resource.
With this tool and something like Roboform, you can make hard to guess passwords that are unique and you don’t have to try and remember them all.
Our security on the web is so important yet we protect ourselves with such simple passwords so that we remember them. hahaha

Nice tool. I donated some cash
Maybe I don’t see this being very useful, but that’s just me.
At best, I’d only use two or three different passwords for personal or work related usage.
Best to keep your computer well protected and avoid sites which may potentially contain harmful content.
Now someone needs to develop a safe tool to help you remember them all! Jotting them down on paper does not seem to be so reliable!
