Looking for a great deal on eBay for the holidays? Emily Chang over at eHub has done it again by finding a little gem called Get it Next.  Quite simply Get it Next puts a fast and appealing web 2.0ish face on your ordinary eBay searches.  With bigger graphics and most of your most important buying information up front you won’t need to drill down into each auction to find a deal.  Get It Next shows current price, time left (down to the second), sellers rating, and shipping costs right up front.

Also nice are the “find a deal” and “bulk deal” tabs which help you find auctions ending in the next 4 hours.  Think of it as a four hour woot that allows you to search by item.  You would be surprised at some of the auctions ending with little or no bids.

All in all Get it Next is a great tool for the bargain hunter surfing eBay.

Pandora to add Music Videos to their streaming audio

Pandora

Straight from the rumor-mill…We’re hearing that Pandora is planning on introducing Music Videos to their offerings of streaming audio.  It seems they are in talks right now with some big time players in the music business at getting MTV like music videos integrated into a new service tentatively called Pandora Video.  The big question we had was why?  Seems Pandora is having CTR issues.  People are letting Pandora run in the background without clicking on the ads.  Since Pandora is ad supported it makes sense that focusing a user’s eyes on their web page and ads instead of being the page at the background playing music and not being seen.  But wait you say, not every song has a music video to go along with it.  Apparently Pandora has been in the market for prosumerish video editing.  We’re guessing that maybe Pandora might allow its users to create their own videos for music that does not have a video.  Stay tuned for more info!

Wuzam, Free MP3s without the P2P

Looking for absolutely free MP3 files without all of the fuss of a peer to peer program? Wuzam takes the direct approach and just uses a regular search engine to query up some of your favorite music.  You simply search, find, and download.  The only week part of the search engine was that you aren’t able to search for a entire album.
